Chutnix is a brand owned and manufactured by Koel Dehydrate Private Limited, 86, Villankirichi Road, Ramakrishnapuram, Ganapathy, Coimbatore 641006, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through chutnix.com.

We collect the email address you enter when you join our launch waitlist, and the name, email address, optional phone number and message you send through our contact form. We also record the page you signed up from and the date and time of your submission.

When you place an order, we additionally process your shipping address and the payment confirmation details our payment provider returns to us. We never see or store your full card or UPI credentials.

Our hosting and analytics tools log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, which helps us keep the site secure and working well.

We use your information to send launch and order updates you asked for, to fulfil and support orders, to answer your questions, to improve our products and website, and to meet food-safety, tax and other legal obligations.

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in, and every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate: our website host and database provider, our email delivery provider, our payment gateway and our logistics partners. They may process data only on our instructions.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a valid order from a public authority. We do not sell your personal information.

Waitlist and marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months. Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and company law, currently eight years.

Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure, and access is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you to contact us promptly if you suspect any misuse of your information.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a copy of your personal data, correct or complete it, withdraw consent, ask for erasure, or raise a grievance. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
